Seth Lake, MPH, is a dedicated healthcare professional with a strong background in patient experience. Currently serving as the Manager of Patient Experience for USC Care & Ambulatory Care Services at Keck Medicine of USC, Seth oversees various programs aimed at enhancing patient satisfaction across 100+ outpatient clinics. His previous roles at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and Cedars-Sinai Marina del Rey Hospital involved leading multiple data-driven projects and programs to improve patient experience across various clinical settings.

 

Seth received his Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Management from UCLA in 2019 and a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from UC Riverside in 2015.
