Honoring Gayle & Michael Galper and raising funds for the boys at Hathaway-Sycamores’ El Nido Campus
Mike Galper was honored the evening of Saturday, October 7, 2017 at the Los Angeles Zoo. Mike and Gayle received the Celebrating Children award from Hathaway Sycamores Child and Family Services for their incredible commitment to at-risk youth here in Los Angeles.

In addition to Mike’s work at UCLA and PwC, Mike is also a long-standing Board member of Hathaway-Sycamores. The proceeds from the event were used to fund programming at our residential boys campus in the foothills of Altadena. We have 60 of the hardest to place foster youth in the state – all boys, ages 5-18 who are in need of enrichment programming, sports activities and new bedroom furniture. Mike and Gayle are incredibly grateful to have your support.

Mike Galper is now an official faculty within the Health Policy and Management department. Along with teaching Business Accounting in the EMPH program, Mike is now teaching the Field Project course for EMPH as well. Thanks for being a part of our program, Mike!
