Cynthia Litt Deculus
Course: Principles of Organization Leadership
Cynthia Deculus is the Vice President, Population Health for Cedars-Sinai Health System. Since 2006, Cynthia has been operationally responsible for care coordination, disease management, clinical efficiency, utilization management, physician network development and IPA administration. She led the implementation of the Patient Centered Medical Home for Cedars-Sinai Medical Group and the development of a Clinically Integrated physician network with members of the Cedars-Sinai Medical Staff. Most recently, Cynthia is leading Cedars-Sinai’s accountable care strategy and has successfully contracted for three ACO agreements. Cynthia served previously as the Vice President for Medical Network Development, the Executive Director of Operations and the Director of Business Development for Cedars-Sinai Medical Care Foundation, and the Director of Administrative Affairs for Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
Cynthia has been with Cedars-Sinai Health System since 1990, with the exception of a brief hiatus in 1998-99 during which she served as the Administrator for Women’s Health at the University of California San Francisco.
Cynthia received her BS from Cornell University and her MPH from Columbia University. She lives in Tarzana, California with her husband and two children
