Sarah Tran received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology & Administrative Studies (Information Systems) from the University of California, Riverside in 2024. During her time there, she found her interests in educational leadership, working with fellow undergraduate students and administration to provide resources for academic, professional, and personal growth for her community. After graduating, she then expanded her horizons by entering the healthcare administration space at SCAN Health Plan as an IT Project Coordinator. Here, she honed her skills in project management and gained a holistic understanding of what care means in our system today. Combining her interest in higher education and public health, she has joined UCLA’s Executive Programs Office in Health Policy and Management as the Program Coordinator. Sarah strives to utilize her interpersonal and management skills to make a difference in public health, starting with the learning experience of our healthcare leaders.
